Cancellation Policy
When you make your appointment you will be required to provide a retainer by credit card to hold your appointment time. You have 72 hours to provide the retainer fee or your appointment will be cancelled automatically. The retainers are non-refundable with the exception of weather cancellations, which is left to my discretion.
- Retainers will be applied to your sitting rate on the day of your appointment.
- If you are a working model, please do not accept bookings during our scheduled sitting; you will be charged you the full sitting rate if you cancel or do not show.
- Cancellations within less than 72 hours notice, or if you do not show, the full sitting fee will be charged to your credit card.
- If you reschedule you will not lose your retainer, but a $75.00 reschedule fee is required.
- This policy applies to all cancellations and reschedules; there are no exceptions for illnesses and/or accidents, etc.
